The salary offered for RBTs is between $22.00 to $30.00 an hour. The starting rate varies based on the applicant's experience, background, and education. The payment process: The payment is deposited into the independent contractor's bank account on a monthly basis. Paychecks are generally released on the 2nd or 3rd week of the month, always on Friday. Payment for a completed month is released the following month.
