Good afternoon, parents,
We understand that upcoming changes starting February 1st may bring some concerns, but please rest assured that your child’s care remains our top priority. Medicaid has confirmed that all insurance plans are required to maintain continuity of care, ensuring there will be no sudden disruptions to your child’s services.
To provide a seamless transition, we have between 90 to 120 days from February 1st to work closely with your new insurance providers while continuing to offer the services your child has been receiving. Our team is actively monitoring the situation, and we will personally reach out to each of you well before your current services expire to ensure a smooth process.
Your child’s well-being is at the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to supporting your family every step of the way. Thank you for being a valued part of the MG family—we are honored to be part of your child’s journey.
Sincerely,
The MG Home Care Administration
